With Silvas setup, I see full backs getting in behind and wingers cutting inside and shooting. So I reckon we'll tend to see players playing on opposite flanks to their strong foot.

This is arguably even worse, you've got the full backs and centre backs inverted and Odoi at defensive midfield over actual midfielders
