With Reed returning, and Kamara seemingly off:

Gazzaniga

Tete Tosin Ream Bryan

Reed Onomah

Wilson Carvalho BDR

Mitrovic

Rodak, Mawson, Robinson, Francois, Seri, Kebano, Cavaleiro

Would prefer Rodak, but now we've started with Gazzaniga, think you have to stick it out for a bit.

I actually think that's a solid team. I personally wouldn't put Seri in for Onomah, Reed is already a smaller player, need height and muscle next to Harrison to make up the difference.
Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

We're very light all of a sudden in CM now anguissa seems out of the picture. Still very weak, even with Reed back in.

I think there's something to be said for Bryan as left winger and Robinson at left back interchanging throughout the game. Their pace would give plenty of teams headaches.

Then I'd put bdr in the AM role behind mitro dovetailing off him and Wilson on the other wing

Maidstone Lee

Think I agree with that. Bryan for Robinson is a must imo.

Still be tempted to play Kebano again if he has someone else behind him. Hopefully we can get some balls in the box from the left this time. Can't really remember a single one from the left on Sunday.

I like the idea of Bryan playing in front of Robinson as a left winger....

Craven Mad

Would love to see BDR and Reed back in the team. I think Bobby will be a key link with Mitro this season, and those two should give Wilson the space outside the box to run riot.

I'd love to see Bryan come back into the fold too.

CM is looking like a problem area right now, but should be resolved with a signing or two in the next few weeks.

Agree with the OP with the following comments

Gazzaniga - agree Rodak should get a chance but also agree we have to stick to Gazza for a few games now

Tosin - similarly would like to give Hector a try but probably have to give Tosin a run

Bryan - would like to see him purely for the quality of his delivery to Mitrovic but pretty sure Silva will stick with Robinson

Reed - are we sure he's fit? Wasn't even in the squad on Sunday so not sure he'll be ready to start. We may have Francois again which shows what a dearth of experience and quality we have in that position as I've been saying for ages

Reid - agree he's the best choice at LW

I would go along with the OP but are we sure that Reed is fit.
Also  we need to see a goalscorer up top and remember BDR knows how to miss chances, be prepared to replace him with Kebano after 60 minutes.
Out midfield doesn't have the look of McDonald/ Cairney/ Stefjo and it has to be questioned if it is good enough to control the game.
A lot of pressure on the young shoulders of Carvalho as playmaker in place of Cairney.

I think it's worth a try too and think they would work well.

Interesting but don't see that as a winning formation, there again until we bring in another 3 or 4 players every match is going to be a struggle!

We need another midfielder. If Seri is committed and once to stay then he is more than good enough for this level, but I have doubts.

What do you see as a winning formation?

You say we need 3 or 4 players? Out of interest what 4 positions do you think we need to strengthen in?

Mine would be;

          Rodak/Gazz

  Tete Tosin Ream Bryan

       Reed Onomah

Wilson Carvalho Kebano

           Mitrovic

That looks promising. Would love seri or cairney given a go in the Carvalho role though.  We also need a bit more depth in central midfield.

Feel we're a few suspensions or injuries away from shooting ourselves in the foot.  Knockaert and cav need to stay for backup  on the wings. Mawson and Hector for cb and kongolo when he's back. Too many niggling injury problems in central and attacking midfield positions for me to think we're guaranteed promotion.

I'd also consider BDR in the AM role and Wilson and Bryan on the wings.
