The audio, without video in the UK, is usually on the Match Centre page, along with the teams and other information, easily seen and accessed, but occasionally it isn't there, and this is what confuses people - there's no prior warning about it not being in its usual place, or how to get it when it isn't.


I think people are also confused when they go to the video, which they can't access in the UK, and don't realise this is audio too -  you have to click on the audio tab.

It's as if there is no-one monitoring this on match days sometimes - there should be  strong info and links about accessing the commentary, which people pay for, as said, and is probably the main reason  that fans subscribe to FFCTV.
