When did he say this? The way I read his tweet above is that he isn't quite sure about the severity of his injury as he says his fingers are crossed that his injury isn't too bad (then he added a confounded face emoji).   
Yes I read it that way too and that explains why he's out for tomorrow. Hopefully he'll be back soon.
