Please be true. Especially the bit about the player preferring a move here.
Never heard of this source though, not sure how he's amassed 19k followers

yet again the comments filled with Arsenal fans gutted but understanding that the player needs minutes to get back to full fitness and will likely need to move to make that happen. Most desperately hoping for a buyback or sell on clause.

Other random report saying Man utd looking to renew Scotts contract. Who knows, would like this one but not sure it makes sense unless moving on Lukic or Reed really. I guess TC also a possibility out the door if we brought in Scott AND Andre. But really better off Andre and another more defensive DM if Marco wants an enforcer + ESR in the advanced role and potentially left sided if we keep Periera

Have we been linked to many CBs? If Ream is going and with Tosin gone we'd presumably be looking at bringing in 2.

Also interesting to see a number of former targets are being linked/moving to be clubs Zirkzee/Tah/Todibo

At RCB, the primary ones have been Mengi and Chalobah though Chalobah seems to want to fight for his place in preseason before agreeing to an exit.

At LCB, the only real link has been Morato from Benfica who we tried to buy last year but the price was too high. It has supposedly come down this Summer.

Marco at the end of last season was reportedly saying that we were looking for 2x CBs this summer. The Ream to Charlottesville started shortly after that.

The Khan family will start once again to do the business very late in the transfer window.

I'm sure that Silva is fumming and tired...

The senior squad has 18 players including Jay and Harris that still have to proof himself on this level. And a couple of young lads that are not prepared to Premier League level.

The squad needs at least 5 or 6 players quickly.

2CB
1 LB
2 Midfielders
1 or 2 wingers.

Clearly 3 of this players to the starting Eleven.

A CB, a Left Winger and Palhinha replacement.

I have some doubts if a striker is necessary or not, we need to see what Jay does this pre-season.
In any case, I think Jimenez is capable of another year in the Premier. And Muniz will start of course

Might make sense as to why the Morato rumour has popped up again if Tim is departing. Chalobah and Morato would indeed be very positive Cb singings on paper but Bassey is young and currently somewhat a lock at LCB so interesting to see who would come in that was willing to try and fight their way into rotation there.

George Wickens to Lincoln City being mentioned on twitter

We are less than a month away from the opening game and the only sides not to do any business have been Liverpool, Man City and us.

We must be on to something then :slap:

I keep wondering if someone like Maguire could be an inspired signing for us? Marco would of had him at Hull so hopefully a good relationship?  If Ream is off that leaves two positions required and what's not to like about a dominant centre back? slow yes but has a good football brain and out of the spotlight of Old Trafford could be best for both parties. Might be an issue getting him to come South but don't think it would be the worst signing we could make?

Just being reported on Sky that we have had a £17m bid for MacTominay turned down..

Reasonably low starting bid, reported as wanting to "hold out for 30m" which just tells you how utterly ridiculous the market here can be.

Somewhere around 22-25m perhaps? More goals and assists last year than Periera despite not being a nailed on starter, playing a few hundred minutes less and generally playing deeper.

We lost our best player, which is not the case with City and Liverpool.

Tosin and Willian also left. We have to bring players in quickly.

We don't know for sure that Willian won't come back on board, but I guess we have to treat it like he has gone.
Also we are not inactive as it appears we are bidding for players, and yes I know there is this "track record" for late signings, but it's not always our fault.

Story of my life
"I was looking back to see if she was looking back to see if i was looking back at her"
Sadly she wasn't

'Caught Offside' , for what it's worth, claim MacTominay is asking for £10mill a year wages - £200,000 per week

It's been widely reported by reputable sources that we've bid on several players, notably ESR & McTominay. Arsenal & Man Utd rejected the bids because they currently want silly money for those players - would you be happy if we spent £70m on those two players or negotiated for sensible fees instead? We could sign half a dozen players this week if TK decided life was like a game of FIFA, but unfortunately we have FFP and PSR regs to comply with, and failing those has real life consequences so we can't be cavalier with money
