Adel Taarabt starts for QPR at Fulham
Fulham unchanged from the side that defeated Tottenham. Dimitar Berbatov partners Bryan Ruiz in attack.
glad to see ruiz is playing
They have a lot of quality players on their team. Hope this ends well...
Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk 2
Hoping for passion and pure will to do them over.
Coyw!!
They will throw the kitchen sink at us to begin with. We must not let them dictate the pace.
Karagounis,Sidwell & Riise must be on top form as QPR mostly attack down their right & runs from deep down the middle.
Zamorra getting grief
Is anybody able to hear Gentleman Jim's commentary? It's not working for me. :012:
No and I am having to listen to 5 live
please Berbatov keep calm and plant the ball (in the net!)
Thanks for the penalty!
100k a week buys QPR a penalty = Samba takes down dejagah I think. Berba converts

Dejagah forced it again. Boy, I love that man!

Preposterous tackle. Awfully early to be that frustrated, hope we don't lose Ruiz or Berba to one of those.

If we go in at half time 2-0 up, we're doing well. 2nd half will be a test as they will throw the kitchen sink at us which means we might be able to pick them off. Again, I'm keeping my cool, this isn't job done.
Hill's performance so far today reminds me of a certain Karl Henry

What is this boys? A whiff of negativity after a brilliant half of football?
Congrats to all my Fulham friends! Things are shaping good...hope I dont jinx it
We always do it, we always give the other team a sniff just before half time. They'll have something to come out for now and will literally through the kitchen sink at us.
This second half will really test us now. I just hope we can hold on or capitalize on what we've built.
No reason for ANY negativity after that half. Brilliant stuff from the boys.
we've been fantastic all half, but we've given them a chance now. Reckon we've still got this though they don't look that dangerous we just need to be sensible and controlled in possession.
QPR will be out of the blocks second half. So composure and control from our chaps, Ruiz to exert influence and Berbatov to get his third.
All I can say is ... 'Let's all do the Samba' :-P
The loss of Dejagah´s strength down our right is sad.

And let's put som perasure on Hill so he can get his second yellow.
We got complacent near the end. Jol needs to send them out with a renewed purpose. QPR are shaky, very shaky and we can finish this for good if we attack them with intensity.
What about Hangeland with the sexy flick? Top stuff from him.
2nd time Kara... he does not deserve to be at fault !

Kara has got to be about used up by this point, surely?
Early bus for Taraabt
Is petric in the squad. We need to close down from the top and not wait until they are in our half. We are getting done for pace all over the place. Sidwell is lining up a red unless he gets some support in the tackling and closing department. Baird or Frimpong on and Kara for me but Baird has the nounce
emanuelson is an emabarrasment. too many fulham players look scared to tackle. except KaraG who keeps getting it all wrong.

Reither was very lucky there, a moment of impetuousness should have seen him sent off.
Some very good resilient stuff in there. Thought Ruiz was largely excellent.

That was far far harder than it ever should have been. Still, 3 points against QPR is 3 points.

I make it seven points (that I can think of) he's signals handedly saved us this season.
We all knew QPR would throw everything at us. I would not have expected it to be a doddle like the 1st half. We held our nerve & got the 3 pts we earned from our 1st half display. Urby looked completely out of his depth. I think Sidwells challenge was only worthy of a yellow. He didn´t go in 2 footed & did get a touch on the ball.
MOTM either Brede or Schwarzer.
Two things - Swart made two World Class saves - Harry set his team up poorly first half. We were lucky to get away with hanging on. But we did so stuff em.
What a great interview with Berba. The man is a god!
I've called for Urby to start. Well I'm changing my tune now. The man for whatever reason is just not comfortable and I'd be happy to see him continue to come on in the 89th minute. Very very disappointing.

3 points thank you.
agree about sidwells challenge should have been yellow not sure what kara was doing with there penalty.
We were great after Sidders went off. Master class in how to run down time, something we've always been poor at in the past.
Solid game for Senderos. He's wasn't the "accident waiting to happen" - that award goes jointly to Sidders for being sent off, and Kara for 3 sloppy mistakes either side of half time, which got them back into the match. Thankfully Schwarzer saved the penalty.
Great games by Schwarz, of course, Dejagah before he got injured, Berba, Kara (despite his 3 mistakes), Riise in the first half, and Brede was a rock.

Emmanulson has a track record that suggests he's a good player, he just hasn't played any football and it shows, seriously lacking in confidence.

If he hadn't set his team up so badly first half they may have done. But his mistakes meant we won it first half.
Had to be a red for Sidwell. He wiped the qpr player out with a long, almost in instalments, lunge which in any book is reckless, uncontrolled and therefore dangerous.
He looked wound up before that and was probably needing some support in a central pairing as opposed to Kara disappearing on those mazy runs into brick walls. Well done Kara though, I wish I could run around for 95 minutes like that.
Watching Gary Neville's analysis and he's desperate to justify QPR's award of a penalty. Having seen it in ultra-slow mo I'm very sure there was no touch whatsoever and in fact it wasn't a penalty.
So we've had two stonewall penalties not given for us and one dive against us that gave them a penalty, and a challenge that was yellow at most given as a red, AND WE'VE STILL WON.
With that in mind I've got to be pleased.
Urby was utter poo, but Kara almost threw the game away single handed and we know he is a good player. So im not judging Urby yet. Anyway it doesnt matter as he's off soon.
As for Sidwell, i cant believe that its taken him so long to get sent off

I agree, I must say Ruiz is normally quite slow when he gets the ball at his feet and gets it stolen away from him, this happened once all game which is an improvement. I just want Ruiz to use his strength more and go in for more challenges.

Redknapp says they need 14 more points. He assumes therefore that Wigan & Villa will only get 4 more points from their remaining games & Sunderland only 3 more.
He doth assume a lot.
We got away with that, agree with MJ can see why sides went although no intent.
Soft pen for them, could have been one for us with kara too, thought it was a stone wall pen till I saw the replay, agreed then with the commentator on sky 50/50, hence soft if awarded.
Injuryti Ewan's aboutright, 30 seconds per sub of which there were 4 in the second half, plus there was an injury to bosingwa and a little time wasting. Can't complain I backed 7 minutes of injury time at 7 to 1 so all in all a good evening

I am sure he also said 4 wins, I am not a mathematician but 4x3 dos not equal 14

I hate harry redknapp. Hes saying they battered us. You where 3-0 down you mug. He said he wouldnt have even taken a draw because he was so sure they where going to win it.
Everyone knows if you score the onus is on the opposition to come out and attack. When your 3 goals down, you don't have anyone to blame but yourselves. Team 3 Mercenaries 2!!

In the second half they did have moreover the game, and had wince as,any show as us and twice as many on target, but in their position and after he first half it had to get better for them, it did and we allowed them to dictate. MJ summed it up we played like they did in the first half after the break. Bet they wished the had mark s in goal
Sleep well everyone. I know I will.
That was the most awful second half after a truly brilliant first. First time back at the Cottage in nearly 3 years and spent half the time bricking it. And only my second game down south this year and Schwarzer has saved a penalty in each.

That's Twitcher's barrow boy apprenticeship coming out. 4x3 = 10 if you're
buying. He was
selling the idea to his fans!

3 points thank you.
agree about sidwells challenge should have been yellow not sure what kara was doing with there penalty.
you mean after watching numerous replays you didnt get how it was a penalty?
It was a dodgy pen but there was no need to go to ground but it was saved and we won bit annoyed we let two goals in.
It really wouldn't surprise me if they decide to expand the Premier League next season by 1 so they can include their beloved QPR & Arry. Maybe add the Scottish Rangers as well to even out the numbers.
