1 CB, 1 CDM and then one for our attacking line (I expect it will be a player who can play in multiple positions)

So sounds like no extra CM  which makes sense if we have Lukic, Reed, cairney, iwobi, King and seemingly andreas that can play there.

Makes me suprised if theres truth to being in for McTominay then as he doesnt strike me as a traditional CDM type. Odd one one, suprised Marco would see him as a DM replacement assuming he will have sanctioned any interest. 🤔

Andersen and Andre make sense as rumours then and I guess the forward player will be someone who can play across the forward line. We haven't been linked with to many attacking players- maybe there's a surprise in store for us.

An aside from Parker being useless, I'm slightly envious or impressed by West Ham's transfer business this summer. Fullkrug, Summerville, Todibo (who's been linked with us in the past), Kilman too on what was an already decent squad, makes them one to watch for me this season. They've done their business quickly, most in for the start of the season and at a good level.

Interesting to draw some sort of parallels to Fulham, they've upgraded their stadium, found a better manager and have been building their squad's ability to compete over a number of windows. They're ahead of us obviously as things stand, but curious to see it come together.

So we know those are definite targets. I can see how that makes sense too. Lw was weak and our forward options are there, but not prolific.. someone who could do either would be perfect.

Wondering if those are the base targets and whether there'd an appetite for more but maybe on loan.

I'd still think we'd need one more CM, but perhaps will be a filler last minute on loan so we can have cover for DM or more options at ACM, or that position will be addressed properly in January or next summer.

Maybe yes. But it definitely means, imo at least, we aren't spending big money on 2 midfielders (e.g. we won't get both Andre and McTominay).

Not sure think wesley around 20 euros

But we have starters across the attacking line  far as marcos concerned (muniz he has alot of faith in and hes been given number 9) with jiminez and stansfield so I think theyll go with someone more on the side of "high potential" who could prove ready to work with now but may have years ahead to grow, certainly when it comes to the wings given we have adama, iwobi, esr, wilson and sess (and stansfield) that can play wide we have good options so why not take a punt on someone raw but with bags of potential

Reckon well have spent around 100m come end of the window

Yeah. I'd put money on it not being an out and out striker. If ESR plays 10 in the main we only have Iwobi left and Willian needs replacing. It will be a left sided predominantly but most play multiple positions these days of course.
