agree has to retire the wages of today you cannot carry passengers and 5+ goals a season are long gone with Tom perhaps you could pay his wages if he still has it.

Dewsbury Hall is an interesting one... left footed central midfielder who would probably be the long term Cairney replacement.

A few players have gone off the boil in recent weeks so they may well be looking nervously over their shoulder at possible incomings.

Even with United's 20% sell on meaning they'll get £5m of the profit, this has to be a no brainer considering it would fund two CM replacements and allow for the rest of the budget to be invested into forwards and depth options

lol I'm inclined to agree, especially since you could sign Ndidi as a proper backup DM for £9m and then spend the rest on a proper progressive CM to play alongside Berge as a Cairney replacement and we've instantly solved two problems

$35m is probably us trying to get the middle up to something around the $20m he's rated right now. Although, I'd take anything $10-15m right now, all things considered.

We were linked with him last summer, swap for AP plus cash for us was the unconfirmed rumour . Would probably have taken that then. Now with AP another year older I probably snap ya hand off for a straight swap if they still fancied it.

Id definately take Ndidi and Rios for the price of selling AP but can't see how we'd get close to £30m for him at 29 years old.
