He's going to Leverkusen for €40m I think
apparently he's agreed personal terms but the club's have not agreed yet, his G/A for the past two years look impressive. He left Bayern for 12m when they signed Palhinha shame we didn't get him as part of the deal.

Is Johnson the former Westham right back? We were linked to him a few seasons ago? Don't mind him far better defensively than KWP! Have not see enough of the Coventry player though if who I am thinking of is he quite small in height?

For me Jackson is a better striker.

Really does feel a kick in the teeth developing Callum just for him to f*** off at the first oppurtunity. Like at least try a season as 3rd option or a loan and return to the 1st team setup .

Couldnt wait to leave seemingly. He's more likely to get game time of course but could have done that on loan.

Ah well hopefully can sign someone a clear upgrade on him

Would anyone take Gabriel Martinelli- 8 goals last season from the wing, Brazilian, 23, and according to this article out of favour at Arsenal..? Is he realistic?

I've mentioned this bloke a number of times over the last few years- he'd be a real asset and something very different.

Kenney Tete baby!

Finally! Thank F for that.

Whilst this is good news, I hope the club don't kick the can down the road regarding a new RB because realistically we should be selling Tete within the next year or two and replacing him with a long term option, this just means that this summer we can spend money elsewhere

I mean, considering we got him for bugger all anyway I don't think it's a major concern, he's more than paid off his fee as it is. It's more as and when his form declines well eventually have to look at replacing him when that time comes and no big deal if it's on a free then, but while he's still a very good RB there are more important positions to improve currently, if we can keep him and focus on those things then great imo.

Sorry Jay, it's not the fee that I was referring to. It's more that whilst him signing a new contract is ideal, we will have to spend a good wad of cash to replace him and ideally we should be selling him rather than him going on a free because every little helps, and also if the club are being sensible we should really be in a position where we identify and line up a replacement before he leaves, so we don't end up in a position where he's technically a free agent tomorrow and we're still sorting out his new contract. Just don't want us to be in the same position in 2/3 years time because it'd be unlikely that we want to renew his contract again given age and injury history. It's great for this season because we keep a really solid RB and spend no cash to do it, but that won't be the case again ::scarf::

WindyCity

Any news (and/or interest) on McAtee pursuit?  Price tag around 20M.  Attacking mid, would like to see more of this type of player, our mids produce nothing offensively.......
