I'll believe he's staying, when he puts pen to paper on a new contract.
This window.😅😅😅

Angus Telford

Well that settles the debate about his market value. £35m. Based on two clubs going to that level, but both no higher.

Surely its above £35m and ambiguously so if they haven't got a bid accepted and offered that much?

He's worth more to me.

Good news re Muniz - fingers crossed it's all off! Those old Hampshire cricket days ... recall Butch White, the fast bowler? Oh & Henry Horton's stance!!
Stay Fulhamish ~ stay unique

Alex Crook also saying that Mitro was a possible replacement (or an option anyway? Not entirely sure), but that wages are an issue.

Age alert.
Last time I was involved in a county match involving Hampshire it was at Dean Park...which is in Bournemouth...which isn't even in Hampshire these days!

Would only have been possible if Al Hilal paid him out of his contract which there were rumours that they would do. Not a chance he was giving up the money. If they don't pay him out still think he'll come back on a free next year with the Marco relationship (if Marco is still with us of course).

We now need Muniz to sign a contract, bang in 15 to 20 goals and sell him for £70m+ next year and it's been a result all round. Just hope he finally fulfils his potential now. At least he's started early this year.

Ben Jacobs saying it too. Now it seems like both Italian and British sources are saying the same. Hopefully that means that he's staying.

Age was a factor yesterday when I was at the Oval watching Hampshire destroy Surrey. I felt positively ancient watching Lumsden ( a 16 year old fast bowler ) take 2-46 . Surrey lost by 9 wickets !

Muniz staying because we don't have a replacement doesn't mean we have kept a player who is happy!

Yeah he looked really unhappy holding the scarf over his head after scoring the winner on Saturday. What's with the constant negativity man?

If ever there was an journaist who does not have his ear to the ground it's him!
He's information is from either other journalists at News Corp or trailing the BBC website for information.

Yeah, but him and Ben Jacobs are the first links to Mitro I've seen so far.

How is 'the deal off' when there was never a 'deal' in the first place?

I honestly hate these [naughty word] stirring [naughty word] on Twitter that make a living out of pedalling this absolute toilet water 'journalism'.

I hate these swear filters too.  lol.

Exactly this. FFC have always stated that we never wanted to sell him in 1st place and that all bids would be unwelcome.
