To be honest I agree with you, I think he knows next to nothing but claim ITK knowledge - not like he's ever correct when he attempts. Does it to keep the reactions coming.

Really nice guy and I think he believes he has contacts but ultimately, people who just use the same sources on X and poses as ITK. Been just incorrect so many times now it's laughable. Although its still super fun and entertaining.

Yeah agreed, a bit of a 'grifter'. It's a bit similar with Jack Kelly, doesn't really have the foggiest but he occasionally takes a punt on what he thinks will happen for the vibes - in fairness to him though he does mostly admit that he doesn't know too much on these things and is just a news aggregator.

Quite right there, particularly with Muniz back soon. My concern it that is not the only position that needs needs more, our midfield is not great, and I am not seeing anything happening about that.

Personally, I don't think we need Pepi in this window (overpriced in my opinion anyway).  He can't play anyway with a broken arm and will Muniz is likely to be back fit and playing before he is.

In the summer - Jimenez will likely leave (along with JKA probably) and that is when we need to get him (or someone else him. I would like Raul to stay, but unlikely we can continue paying him £100,000 plus per week to be second or even third choice.

It would be good to get Hayden Hackney in - but again more likely to happen in the summer with Reid outgoing.

I'm not sure that's a guarantee re value in the summer.

He's been back and scoring regularly recently at PSV and only just starting to get regular game time for them, so his form is and can only improve (and subsequently his value), on top of that he's a U.S international who's heading to the world cup - which if he did well in, on the back of a good second half of the season, then not only could his price go up, but we could miss out on him completely.

If it was haggling over 800k for weeks, then that'll be deeply frustrating.

Having seen his stats and realised how little game time he's actually had at PSV I started to see why we were in for him and wanted him. For me he's shown similar signs to Kevin and Bobb and getting him now to settle him in for the rest of the season, adapt him to our playing style and have it done and dusted by summer would've made much more sense.

He may end up struggling to get in a full pre-season with us next summer if he's at the world cup.

He swore blind we were getting the chequebook out last January. We ended up with Willian on a free on the last day. As much ITK as me I think.

It's deadline day today. We need to move very quickly if we want to sign someone. Loan is probably more realistic than a permanent transfer, unless we've already been negotiating with someone besides Pepi. Not sure which midfielder is available on loan that would improve us.
