To be honest I don't really think it is "bad news" if the deal has not been in time for him to play tomorrow.

He won't know our system, he won't know our players, our players won't know him. We would be better to stick with Petric tomorrow and to give Berbatov a few training sessions to get to understand how we play etc. before putting him in.
