There is no uncertainty - Kit certainly should go

Since it seems most here would prefer seeing Cairney in central midfield (attacking, I presume), what would folks think about taking Deandre Yedlin on loan to play RW? He's definitely available. His speed would scare the bejesus out of most LB's. He's not a dribbler. He's more a kick it and run type with a decent cross that can pitch in for a few goals a season. He does have experience at RB would only be an emergency option there, for me. Curious to hear opinions.

So Brighton manage to.sign a good fit centre half and the centre half we where chasing in the time we have signed a unfit centre half. This club is going places I look forward.to hyndman leaving for 100k and us putting in a bid for some unfit bloke that had a good game against us last year for 50k he's crap but got that important championship experience cos he an it good enough to play at a higher level

Why do you look forward to that scenario?  I'd hate it.

This board used to be so friendly. Shame. Time for a break me thinks.

Bracken White

So many boards seem to be going on meltdown at the moment. Off in a few minutes to get to the match - looking forward to some positive football & a win.

Board need to look at it and it's still early doors and a few signings could change and we can push on or we don't and just settle for another season of shite

@emmajonessport: On transfers. Asked Symons if #ffc still looking, with Dunk now staying at Brighton. Says still plan to strengthen in several positions.

mkras99

Symons was also asked if he expected to bring any further signings to the Club, to which he responded: "I hope so. I'm very, very confident there will be more additions. We're looking at two or three – two at least, maybe three, that's what we're after."

Now that Stones has handed in a transfer request I assume they will want Garbutt back (when fit) and we need a new left back?

do they have recall clause?

westcliff white

usually they can be recalled during an open window (if a recall clause was put in the original loan deal), believe MJG said not the window they are loaned in, also Stone sis a centre back not a left back so not sure they will recall him. Everton have also enquired about Fazio from Spurs as a replacement for Stones, or that's the rumour going around.

Let's get yedlin in from Tottenham. Looking for a loan away

I said a while back that I'd be looking at Yedlin if I were Rigg.

Now with Ream and Hyndman here, him being settled in London, and a need for an RB/RM with pace, I can see Yedlin being a good fit and wanting to come here.

Until Garbutt's back, I'd be happy with a back four of: Yedlin Ream Burn Jazz. Or, if we get another CB, stick Yedlin in RM, move Jazz back to the right and stick Ream at LB...
