How good is he?

He knows where the goal is, has scored regulaly at every level he has played at. He is decent but a risky choice if our only striker coming in as never played this high up before, personally I think he will do well

It worked OK with Mr Vardy. I know they are 1 in 1000, but why not?????

I know its a long shot but i'd love a loan move with a view of permanent move for connor wickham. He'd suit our play perfectly. Not prolific i know, but anyone who is would come at a huge cost.

Would cost a pretty penny, but would agree he'd do a job for us.

Really hasn't delivered there though, rarely featured and would be a very cheap 'gift' from Derby if we let Martin go.

Defoe said a couple weeks back he was at Sunderland for the season at least.

Then again he's earning a very pretty penny at Sunderland and West Ham could match that.

But at 34, how much more than £6m is he worth? Big money for a veteran.
