I really don't know what to make of it all,strange why he hasn't settled at Villa.
There are players that have gone back to clubs and been better than they were first time round.
Saying that I'm not sure if I'd want him back.

The only way I'd like Ross in this team is if we could keep everything the same but get special dispensation to be allowed to play with 12 players and then tell him. Whatever it is that you do, go and do it. But please don't get in the way of our quick passing oh and when we lose the ball please just go and stand over there as we work really hard as a unit to win the ball back.

So, if we are allowed to play with 12, I'd have him. But given the choice, I'd rather play with 11 and he stays at a play-off rival causing them dilemmas.

As I've said on here before: I can't see how Ross would fit in the way we play now BUT if he re-joins then that means Jok wants him back and has a plan for how to use him. And I for one trust his judgement.

Depending on the fee, I would take him back in a heart beat. SJ said he wanted to build the side around him, so I would assume that if we did sign him it would be because Joka wants him and can fit him in. No harm in having a 20 goal striker!!

So some don't like Martin because he went on strike but would have Ross back that makes sense.

If the club bought Ross back, and I don't think we will, I would see him competing for the Cairney roll and that's it.  It's the only position he is suited to in our current set up.  I would have him on the bench if Cairney is fit and potentially give him 20 minutes towards the end of games if we need a goal.
