Bournemouth losing, IF

If Bournemouth lose today and we win then we will be 11 points clear of them.

They'll need to win the next 4 games and we'll have to lose the next 4 games for Bournemouth to overtake us.

We have 7 games remaining and they have 8 games remaining after today.

Basically, if we win today and they lose, it's all over

Stoneleigh Loyalist

73% possession in the first half with 3 shots !

No shots on target so far.
70% possession.  No shots on target. Vintage Parker.

LC

For me that's it, we're gonna win the league.. another win will secure it but don't see us throwing it away here

blingo

That, for me, would be the icing on the cake.

Bournmouth lost, it is going to take something more than Parker Ball in their remaining seven matches to gain the twelve points they now need to overtake us.

Twig

Doubt it personally. Think Parker will grind out sufficient points.

Tabby

They'd have to gain 8 points on Bournemouth in 8 games. Seems pretty unlikely, though they still have to play eachother.

I was thinking exactly this. It would be so great if they did.

Forest are flying atm...  never say never.

Somerset Fulham

Bloody hell.

They play Sheffield United, Boro, Coventry and then us.

Then Swansea and Blackburn.  Only one of those I would say is as close to guaranteed as it can be.

Like us, Bournemouth have a tough run in and also have to play Forest. If they lose those 2 games they could be in trouble.

The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Somerset Fulham

Bournemouth have it much tougher than us, I think.

SP

Think second place will go to the wire. The Forest manager's stock is definately rising.

If our starting 11 are fit, I think we'll win at Bournmouth.

We've already seen a Parker team completely bottle the end of the season once, I wouldn't discount it happening again!

If we beat Boscombe & let Forest beat us, then Forest beat Boscombe... hilarious

Forest at home isn't normally a straightforward fixture for us & hopefully the players will be on the beach mentally.  And, time for Muniz etc.

South Coast White

Agree, if Forest with their next 2/3 and Bournemouth loose, who play us before Forest, if we're up as champs throw the Forest game.

To be fair to Parker, he really pulled it out of the hat with us at the end of the last Championship campaign. Would love to see Forest pip them to the post, though.
