Sky sports ran a piece on it earlier. Seemingly if indeed we met with his reps then it's presumably gone the right direction....it seems to have been established the player definitely wants the move, now were back in talks with club themselves to settle price matter 🤷

Wasn't Kevin supposed to be travelling here and we were going to sort the deal today. Or was that another lie. All these Sky Sports reports and Alfonse Witherwirthy journalist in the know are absolutely ridiculous. NONE of it is true.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

These so called journalists / social media experts only survive because of the idiots that actually believe their rubbish and perpetuate it.

Was his agents, not Kevin.

This feels familiar...

It does, Fulham do the leg work on getting a valuation in place between Fulham and said club, Fulham offer lower and hold out for a small saving, only for another club to waltz in and pay the asking price. We are becoming the bidding agents for other clubs!

People say this but it hasn't happened under Silva. We have got every target we've truly been after.

Forest had a wage to revenue ratio of 96% last year and they've just signed a few players on big wages. Uefa require it to be 70% or under, so they'll surely be in trouble .

Can any of accountancy experts explain why this is allowed? Is it because this is tracked in 3 year cycles, so the jump in wages doesn't apply yet?

No journalist ever said Kevin was traveling here. You're blaming others for you misreading.

They will very likely get a similar punishment Chelsea has gotten but it wouldn't happen until next season and if they aren't even in Europe then it doesn't matter.

The talk was his agents were to meet Fulham today and a story came out this evening about talks progressing, confirming the rumour.

"yet absolutely nothing is being said anywhere about it. "

It was only on the biggest sports network in the world  ::wink::  ::wink::

Exclusive: Fulham considering Coventry bid for Godo
Latest from Sky Sports News' Rob Dorsett:

Fulham are considering a bid from Coventry City for winger Martial Godo.

The 22-year-old Ivory Coast youth international made his Premier League debut just before Christmas, but was restricted to only two substitute appearances in the League last season.

He impressed on loan with Wigan in League One the previous season with 38 appearances, but is now keen for more regular first-team football.

Not fussed about this. He's 22, if he was good enough he'd have gotten way more 1st team gametime by now.

It's a good point. We're considering spending 40-50m on Kevin, who's the same age. think that says a lot.

King is 18, Ridgeon younger.. It shows what we expect and value perhaps for an age range.

He's been around the 1st team for a while, and really should've arguably kicked on more than he has - doesn't even have to be the finished player - and doesn't even mean he's not very talented/skillful etc... but when you see players breakthrough, it's usually by his age and because of ambition and hunger, and the willingness to learn enough to know they can stand out amongst pros.

Sky this afternoon also reiterated Fulham having an interest in signing Sterling, and it still being a possibility. One to keep an eye on. You can see how Sterling would want to stay in London, and how as the window gets closer to the end Chelsea need to get him off their books, which could work for us if both the club (Fulham) and player have had good chats till now.

We're going to end up with Willian and Oscar Bloody Bob aren't we....

I'd be happy with Oscar Bobb, problem is that City wouldn't want to sell him.

Oscar Bobb was pulling the strings for City V Wolves. No way are they selling.
