10-15 million is absolutely fine with me

Yeah think I'm getting to the point I agree. I like Adama and great assists last year but him out and Chukwueze in could be good if Marco can get a tune out of Chukwueze and should buy us a little room if we can get £15+ million.

Quote from: Neutral Zone Ultra on August 02, 2025, 10:26:38 AMIt's so clear that the owner and executives' priorities are not success on the field, reaching Europe, winning major trophies, but on maximising profit from the new stand and trying to squeeze every last penny from the matchgoing fan.

So you don't think that winning a cup will benefit the club and SK at all? If the wheels hadn't all but fallen off towards the end of the season we could well be playing in Europe, attracting better players and pushing on. Not being able to beat the teams below us cost us and I don't think SK told MS to not bother against these teams as he'd rather make money out of the stand then get the club into Europe.
Have you considered why the wheels might have fallen off at the end of the season? Perhaps it's a sign that the squad is in need of investment, not stagnation?

Lack of squad rotation, poor use of subs, not giving young players an opportunity, lack of inventiveness when it comes to game play. Just a few examples.

If you look at the matchday squads you'll see there was actually plenty of rotation going on.

Sounds made up, at least Nufc and United. No way he fits into their pressing systems

Lovely bunch of well informed geezers. Second only to the boys at Fulhamish. No fluff from the ITKs just honest debate and expertise. High quality stuff.

Yeah I've listened to this. Not sure I fully agree with his assessment that under current rules we'd have to sell to buy. We prob have circa £70m profit in the last 3 years from sales and we haven't of course spent huge amounts. I believe Keiran Maguire as a result said we had plenty of room this year. Other reports that we had about £100m we could spend under current rules. Also The Athletic (usually very reliable) said a load of room I believe as referenced in the Mirror here:

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/premier-league-profit-sustainability-rules-35348008

And here:

https://hammyend.com/index.php/2025/06/fulham-should-have-few-worries-on-psr/

Even if we do have room under current rules as per conversations last few pages new rules definitely look like a huge issue. Someone said on here they had heard Ali Mac had been tasked to get costs down as a result. Certainly the way this window has shaped up either old or new rules are causing issues but all logic to me would suggest it's new rather than old.

Somerset Fulham

Callum Wilson has signed for West Ham.

They are worse than us for signing old or cropped players.

 :slap:

Shows the lack of striker options out there. Really wish we could have got Romulo. Looks like Leipzig are after Hojland but he's refusing to go.  ::cry::  Thought that may have given us a chance again as assuming he is waiting to see what happens at Leipzig but who knows...he still hasn't gone anywhere from what I can see.

If ever there was a signing suited to them? There fans will be in uproar come September when his out injured until the New Year?

Quote from: Twig on August 02, 2025, 10:19:38 AMApart from one or two overly strident voices I think most of us understand all the difficulties faced by a club that isn't in Europe. Most of us also appreciate that in some cases loans make sense and require multiple moving parts to be sorted before they click into place.

But for heaven's sake this window really is dull, frustrating and boring as hell. It can't help the club to market season tickets or memberships to anyone who is dithering a bit. And it can't be helping to persuade Marco to start thinking about a new contract.

Come on Fulham remove your digits and make a statement signing FFS!

Season Tickets already sold out so obviously they're doing something right🙄

Then why have I very recently received a marketing email asking me if I want to buy one?

Hospitals in East London gearing up!

KentFulham

If the club fail to buy in this window, can we at least have new toilets in the Hammy End instead

Now that's verging on borderline spendthrift, go you steady!

BestOfBrede

A young, upcoming, proven premier league goalscorer, that's already noticed and desired by bigger club as they see his potential.

And some want to sell him!!!
Seems that some state their opinion as if it's their money!

Many are moaning about the age of the squad and yet willing to let him go?
Marco wanted him and wants to keep him.
We know it's difficult to get strikers.
Some are suggesting getting another in as a replacement, that couldn't score in one the biggest clubs in the world!

In a season or two he could, because of his massive potential, be worth 100m, imo

Please don't sell Fulham and if you have to - please NOT to another Premier team!

From the discord chat someone's just said this:

"My nephew is out with Reece Nelson this evening and he confirmed he's coming back...

We all knew he would be back 1 way or another. Deals pretty much done between clubs he said,  ill see if he can find out more lol

Loan deal again. He wanted a permanent transfer

100% legit,  he said he will try find out if there's obligation to buy in the deal.  He dnt wanna pester him about transfer all night 🤣

Pergola in London is where they are"

We have had false alarms before but sounds very sure about it so unless a complete fabrication re Nelson being out with his nephew sounds like pretty much done. :)

SimonDaviesEnjoyer

I still find it funny that we paid 12m for Ross McCormack ten years ago. Whenever I read this thread I compare suggested fees with that one.

Not saying the suggestions are wrong per se, but Hojland for 25m, or sell Traore for 10. Doesn't stack up for me.

I was told last week the deal was all but agreed. Posted here too. I'll reiterate, it will be a loan with an option that could become obligatory if certain criteria is met.

That's what I was told. DSTM
