Just realised with ESR that he wasn't actually injured that much last season, he just wasn't Artetas preferred option.

ESR was actually available for 31 games of the 38 game season for arsenal and played in Cup matches too. Puts to rest for me the injury risk for him as a player by quite a bit.

Rumours suggest we are trying to persuade Mctomminay over Andre yet Mctomminay doesn't really want to come.
Feels like it's a bit of a waste of time. If he doesn't want to come F him, plus Andre has a bigger upside potential.

Nothing is until announced and things can go wrong but all the most reliable reporters have posted so unlikely either goes wrong (touch wood) but yes never say never.

If I were to guess I would say AP stays this season and personally I would keep him unless a lot is offered. Not sure anyone will come in for him with huge amounts...all just seems to be agent talk thus far. Point is for someone comes with 30 to 35 million and he wants to go (as looks like he does if top 6 or 7) it is now not the end of the world if he does. Iwobi or ESR can play there and sess gives further cover left on top of these two. If AP did go also have even more funds to invest. At that point the likes of Summerville becomes a reality. Actually sack Summerville off...keep ESR left and we'll just have Fabio back in the 10 for £25m!! LOL.

ESR/Sess, Fabio/Iwobi, Wilson/Adama behind Muniz. Yes please....about a million goals in that.

We have basically put ourselves in a brilliant position assuming these two go through.

This all remains speculation. But there is no point in having a thread that is titled as it is or goes on as long as this has. Without the occasional positive excitement that may turn out false.
