Love Elliott but I personally wouldn't be buying him for £40m. Too many question marks for me. Maybe if we didn't plough as much into Smith Rowe last year but he's not a wide man as demonstrated at Liverpool, he needs to be central.

Don't think so.

Suppose the club are waiting until Cairney and Tete futures are confirmed and could technically still go either way.

Interesting though that Reiss Nelson hasn't been taken off. Would suggest to me that the club may be in talks to get a deal done.

He was definitely talented and young, but he was injured for a while.. wonder what risks are implied and what the price is.

Guessing you didn't watch the Brentford or Man City games at the end of the season? It may be next season age catches up with him but he's still a Premier League performer.

I think he's a good option for the cups and as a 60+ minute sub when we need something different.

Still don't have a player with his passing range in the squad.

As with Tete it's a short-term solution but one i'm personally happy with and one that allows us budget to spend elsewhere for the coming season.

Not a plug, but just seen Solomon being returned to Spurs following a fairly decent season with Leeds. I wonder what's next for him. I'd imagine he'll get a pre season for Frank to assess, but can't really see him hanging around. Maybe one that goes abroad. Shame he went for Spurs really.

+ Fabio could be £75m odd for players we developed and they barely played. Football sucks sometimes. Least we have got decent sell ons for both so something but certainly frustrating.
