Being quoted on Twitter (albeit by source unknown to me) that Fulham are activating the option to buy Chuck for £23 million

I always wish players luck in their post-Fulham careers, unless they're called Chris Martin. Good luck Adama

KJS

Hope your future is bright Adama but not until after we play Wet Spam, thanks for your efforts in a Fulham shirt👏

Adama was a good servant to the club, and put in many good performances. There's no doubt his performances over the last few months have slipped below where he once was...for me, the turning point was the away game to Manchester City where he didn't take any of the three good chances we created. I still think that in the right setting he can and will be a potent force...best of luck Adama

Actually after that match (which was irritating) he provided 5 assists, all of which were in games where we won by a single goal. So you could argue he really did offer a lot to our season last year (as well as being 2nd highest assists).

I wish the bloke well, always interesting when he came on.

I used to be all for Adama. He gave us something which you cant teach. That explosive unpredictability even when he had little end product he still created chaos.

The past year tho I honestly believe he has weight trained his way into losing that explosiveness. He got so ripped that is seems to have slowed him considerably.

Quote from: C Block on January 26, 2026, 10:34:57 PMI've got a hunch that if we sign Bobb tomorrow that we're going to attempt to sell Harry before the window closes,
Fantastic player having the season of his life but if he won't sign a new contract then what can we do,
He's worth £20 million now but he's worth nothing when the window closes, but it'll be very difficult to sell him now if his heart is set on becoming a free agent in the summer.
It seems that Harry won't commit until he knows that Marco is staying. Marco has said that the club is doing "everything they can" to keep Harry, so it be would be nice if Marco did everything he can to keep Harry - like commit to a new contract.

Anybody else get that Fulhamish feeling he's going to start banging in goals and help West Ham avoid relegation.

I think West Ham will avoid relegation anyway, unfortunately.

We have Spurs to thank for that screw up.

Some people are going to need to find a new scapegoat now. First it was AP, then Adama (with occasional mentions of Diop, ESR, Lukic, Berge, Kevin, etc), I wonder who will get blamed for losses now?

Kevin, Berge, Castagne and soon Bobb if he doesn't come in and achieve more than 10 G/A within 2 weeks. Place ya bets

I'd most like West Ham, then Forest, Spurs and Palace in that order.

Much as usually I can't stand Leeds, I'd rather it was one of the other 2.

Good luck Adama, when you made maguire look like a slug, lying on his arse was one the best moments in recent years

No, but I think they might avoid relegation anyway given their recent form. It will be interesting to see how they get on against Chelsea next week. We all know Wolves are doomed and I think Burnley will also go, although they have done better than I thought they would. The third relegation place is definitely wide open imo.

I think Adama will do well if given a run of games. He's certainly one of those players that gets a new club bounce and rejuvenation factor to him.

Think he'll probably do a lot better in Nuno's system as well. Just full on counter attacking rather than possession based and being asked to create against an organized defense.

Seems to me The Tax Payer Stadium is quite a wide pitch so would suit him perhaps more. Often thought at The Cottage he was slightly restricted by our pitch?

An interesting view. Whether the pitch or the style of play, something wasn't working. Bowen usually plays on the right so he is likely to be an impact sub rather than a starter. I wish him well personally but do hope that West Ham get relegated.
