Chris Eagles is looking like he'll go to Everton.

It looks like Moyes is on a tight budget again but Eagles would be a good acquisition as well as Bothroyd on a free.

Eagles is class. I'd be happy with either he or Bothroyd.

Hope Jol's got some good ideas up his sleeve, feels like we're falling behind in terms of bringing players in.

Joris Mathijsen to Malaga.

SSN saying Kevin Nolan is having a medical at Wet Spam (thank god).

Andreas Granqvist moved to Genoa for €2m

I'd be happy with Eagles and Bothroyd. How about Hitzlsberger at West Ham too? Look good when he came back from injury and would score goals from midfield

elgreenio

even Cardiff fans think Bothroyd is a waste of space, why moving up to the prem would change that I dont know. Eagles is kind of the same, if he was good enough he would have been back in the prem as soon as Burnley went down

QuoteBarton also hinted on the social networking site that he along with team-mates Jose Enrique and Jonas Gutierrez could be set to leave the club, writing "#mejoseandjonasnext".

West Ham have a 30m transfer kitty!

Please excuse me while I place a bet on the Championship title next season.

How can they afford this?

Very wealthy (and deluded) owners. I hope they fail to get promoted.

They surely don't?! That would be financial ruin if they don't get promoted.

The thing is, the owners vacillate between saying how bad the finances are to saying they will spend loads of money...

You just never know with them

Bothroyd would be cheap as he's on a free and I shouldn't imagine wages would be that high either. I think Burnley wanted too much for Eagles last season. he's still young and in my opinion, could do a job for us.

no ****  :011:.

Would like to know the source that said they had 30million in the kitty, not like they're flashing the cash letting a few players go and probably letting Parker go as well. That and signing Faye on a free hardly indicates a massive budget (not that Big Sam has been prone to spending money)

A few big wage players have left and The Porn Brothers have indicated that they want to build a squad which can go straight back to the Premiership and in the Top10 next season.

The two being Nolan and Ricardo Gardner. Dont doubt they want to build a squad to get them back in the prem, just doubt the figure, it's not really how Sam works is it. Though with Nolans supposed 60k p/w wage offer it could be a £30m budget as opposed to transfer budget (i.e. including wages)

How come we are so quiet? Hardly being linked with anyone.

Jol is still on wedding/honeymoon duty isn't he?
