We need forwards badly but need player types we haven't got in the side. Others will know about him more than I do. We need wide players and again Richardson fits in that role. But I need to be real about out ambitions now. We have reached as far as we are ever going to go. So naturally one is saddened that we have reached the highest level we are ever going to reach.
