If players like Brennan Johnson go for 50 million, Robinson is an 80/90 million player.

Quote from: hovewhite on July 05, 2024, 09:01:52 PMThink these gossip pages just winds us all up last season 100 odd pages no signings.

Does it though. I mean if anybody takes it seriously they deserve to be wound up. It is all nonsense until it isn't. Much like life really.

Quote from: LC on July 07, 2024, 03:50:24 AMSo this is my transfer list for this summer, some of for now and some are for the future:

- Trevoh Chalobah
- Ronnie Edwards
- Harrison Burrows
- Florentino Luis
- Scott McTominay
- Reiss Nelson
- Emile Smith Rowe

That is obviously going to cost some serious money. With the Palhinha funds and Andreas looking for a move, I think the above is doable. For the purpose of the list above I've presumed Andreas leaves this summer. If you combine that with Marco Silva saying that he doesn't expect FFP to be a problem this window then I think we are in a strong position. You could throw in another goalkeeper and a centre forward to that list, but I would prefer to rely on our academy players to fill the gap- especially Jay Stansfield who I hope kicks on this coming season. If there are additional funds and someone like Jonathan David wanted to join us then I would have that signing, but that is unlikely.

If we got offered somewhere between £35m to £40m for Robinson, then I would probably do that deal- not an unrealistic price if you keep in mind the reported £37.5m Ian Maatsen deal. Presuming that happened I would look at Sergio Reguilon.

Anyhow, I thought I would share my thoughts.
Ronnie Edwards gone to Southampton

None.

We have a real problem...again.

Why are we so slow out of the starting blocks in the transfer window.

I honestly think it'll be a window of struggle yet again, and it'll be a rush and dash at the end to get in signings at the end.

If Silva doesn't get what he wants, and before pre season, then I think he'll walk.

The club is working hard on deals and I know some of the info I give sometimes is wrong but that is also because the club put out dud info to throw people off.
As FFN has said on X Fulham don't like their business in the media.

🤞 For some good transfer news soon. 👍🏻

Crystal Palace haver signed Ryan Sessingon on a free as expected - Official. His decision to leave Fulham and go to a big club should be a warning to all players.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

I still wish him all the best. A very decent young man from a decent family. Personally I think Palace could be a very good club for him.

Wish Ryan all the best as he's  a fine footballer.

Hopefully given hes a LW this clears some path for ESR given he also plays there too often. Wish Sess well, as others say a good guy.

Not sure Smith-Rowe is a left winger? More a No10 off the centre forward or certainly a more attack minded midfielder.

Has played LM 44 times in his career at arsenal with many arsenal fans I know saying they preferred him out there but that hes great at both. Has played 60+ at CAM but hes a very adept winger aswell, bit like Iwobi in that regard where theres questions around his best position depending on who you ask because hes done well in both positions.

Pacey, incredible footwork, balance and skill. Not a LW outright but certainly has demonstrated great ability out there as can be seen from highlight packages too.

Just a guess but if we had Periera, ESR would start at LW I think, if we lost Andreas hed play central with iwobi out wide with those 2 possibly rotating

He's played both for Arsenal. From what I remember he's played most of his games for them on the left. But his best position is apparently as a number 10

FFN won't post without a source as all he gets is rubbish from everyone asking for a source. He has a select group of people he's happy to share info with.

I'm leaving now anyway, don't need crap.people need to realise this isn't a video game! Transfers are tough negotiations and take time not to mention they can change very quickly.
For those that care Fulham will sign quality players this summer.
