1 out of 4 as a winger is very good. I'm not a huge fan if it happens but his stats aren't bad.

Well, agreed but it might mean we have started early this year as it fits our MO.

1. Identify a useful player in a position we need to fill that has performed well in the previous season who is going to be playing European football (Champions League) for his club next season and whose club is not interested in selling,

2. Reportedly bid half of what the current club would allegedly consider, &/or a fraction of the release clause,

3. Prompt player's agent to tout his player to other clubs to generate interest for a sale to club with a higher profile than us or get a pay increase from current club,

4. FFC say "we a trying to bring in higher quality acquisitions but market is tough", or we were never interested in first place but our profile fits media / agents requirement to generate clicks or commission.

It would be nice to know who paid the fare on the number 14 bus along the Fulham Road, Tosin. Fulham or Chelsea.

Could be I am out of date with the bus number and he had to get a taxi in which case we should be sure to stop it out of his final week's wages.

If this is true I don't know what to say. Always respected Tosin and thought he was a smart guy. Going to no-longer-a-top-club with currently no manager so he doesn't know if he will actually be playing or not, no idea if the system of the new manager will fit his style, and on top of that how many CBs do Chelsea have like 94 on their books or something and will probably go for 7 more before transfer window shuts? Sounds objectively like an idiot move to me but I'm not the one getting showered in money I suppose.

Like others, i'm reacting to the rumours. It's not official. This is a summer silly season thread. People will react to rumours ie If Tosin goes to Chelsea he can get splinters in his bottom for all I care. Let's not try and make everyone viewing anything here, or reacting to anything here as absolutes or feel the need for people to say that. It should be really obvious.
