I think our less star powered squad could be a good setting for Arbeloa. I just haven't seen a full match of his yet. Some say it's a 4-3-3, but I also see some of a 4-4-2. I'd be curious what his plans would be with our current crop.

It definitely is a big jump to premier league though - and I imagine he's really going to have to convince TK on what makes him different enough to stand out. My gut says to look elsewhere, but I also want us to secure one piece of the puzzle now rather than later.

Their squad is toxic; they refused to follow instructions from Xabi Alonso as well this season, probably why Real have gone for Mourinho because he will go psycho on them and get rid if they don't listen to him. The job is/was a poisoned chalice so I don't think he can be judged too harshly, a bit like how Xabi's stock hasn't dropped at all despite failing there as well

Id like to think our dressing room is a bit less egotistical than Real Madrids
