Long as we get the first few in the door in the next 2 weeks or so I don't much care personally, providing they are of higher quality. Henderson is not a bad shout but if we sign someone like Cakir then I'll be pretty happy with that on paper. Similarly, IF we sign the likes of Palinha , Solomon and Romagnoli I seriously won't care a jot wether Forest signed 2 players a couple weeks before us-  because that's the beginnings of a seriously decent team with champs league experience across the board.

I would have been happy with Henderson.  What is going on on the GK front for us?  We need an upgrade on Rodak...

We've been rumoured to be in for highly regarded Cakir
Leno from Arsenal
And Strakosha from Lazio (although he allegedly has interest too from Chelsea so maybe not the absolute dud he's made out by people who've barely seen him play on here)

West Sussex White any further news on Solomon?? I will be gutted if we miss out, reading all the reports it sounds like a deal is agreed between all parties and he wants to come but allegedly one of two things have happened...

Nice have bid more than us to Shakthar and they want us to match it but we won't as we know Solomon wants to come to London.

Forest have him on loan.
So Manchester United get a lower ranked rival to look after their 2nd choice keeper for a season. With a small added bonus that they get to face Forest's 2nd choice in their two fixtures.

Looks headed to Forest, and this one irks me a bit. Seems a great fit for what we need (as we try to blow Romagnoli away with money).

I believe Forest offered him a contract extension earlier in the summer but he preferred a move back to France (with Lens).
